I am passionate about business success and have used this passion throughout my career to put my clients and their businesses at the heart of everything I do. From independent restaurants to large hospitality groups, I have made it my mission to drive growth by gaining a deep understanding across their business operations, using this knowledge to implement innovative solutions to deliver results.

My experience combines the creativity and insight needed to identify new, profitable opportunities with the strong organisational skills necessary to turn a great idea into a revenue-generating reality, I have created products and programmes that sell, whilst applying a creative approach to marketing, and finding innovative solutions that work; I’m completely focused on helping hospitality businesses to grow. I’m a great communicator too, taking a collaborative leadership approach to guide teams to deliver projects and implement new initiatives.

It was during my time spent working for American Express that I developed my passion for the hospitality industry, landing my dream job as Account Director for Restaurants and Hotels. I loved my role which saw me manage a large portfolio of key clients and become the driving force behind many high-profile industry initiatives. I also gained event management experience throwing film premiere parties, arranging exclusive tasting dinners and managing demonstration theatres at the BBC Good Food Show.

I went on to use my expertise to fulfil my ambition of living in Barbados, by founding ‘Eat! Drink! Barbados’; an annual festival showcasing the diverse range of the island’s restaurants and food experiences. I was responsible for all aspects of running the festival from event ideas, to marketing and PR, to securing sponsorship funding.

I’m now using my wealth of experience to help restaurants, hotels and event venues like yours attract more business. Taking a consultative approach, I work with you to fully understand their business today, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement agreed, results-driven actions.
